A boost to pilot training levels with new Phenom 300 simulators in Burgess Hill
In the heart of Mid Sussex, Burgess Hill is poised to become a hub for cutting-edge aviation training thanks to a pioneering collaboration between Embraer and simulation technology leader CAE.
Their joint venture, 'Embraer-CAE Training Services' (ECTS), will introduce two state-of-the-art Phenom 300 full-flight simulators (FFS). The first of these groundbreaking simulators is set to launch operations in Q1 2024 at CAE's Burgess Hill facility, marking a significant leap forward in aviation education and training within the region, thanks to a surging demand for pilot training in Europe.
Carlos Naufel, the President and CEO of Embraer Services & Support, shared his enthusiasm, stating, "we are announcing two new Phenom series full-flight simulators in the USA and Europe.
"We are working with CAE to be where our customers need us to be, providing them with our latest technological updates and best-in-class support. Embraer and CAE are long-term partners to provide the best services to the market."
